  • The 2024 Goodreads Choice Awards are open for voting. The opening round closes on 24 November, then the final round runs from 26 November to 1 December, with winners announced on 5 December.
  • Sarah Pinsker’s horror novella, Two Truths and a Lie, about a creepy TV show will most likely get a movie adaptation, with Paramount Pictures acquiring the rights.
  • Paul Tremblay’s first middle grade horror book, Another, is set for release on 22 July 2025.

Former college friends gather for a holiday reunion fifteen years after another friend died during their production of A Christmas Carol.   • Popeye the Slayer Man. Slasher horror. A group of friends sneak into an abandoned spinach canning factory to film a documentary on the legend of the ‘Sailor Man’, who is said to haunt the factory and local docks. Release date TBA.
